I am leaving New York for the summer and would like to sublet my fully furnished room from June or July-preferably until the middle of August(난 이번 여름에 뉴욕을 떠나게 돼서, 모든 설비가 갖춰진 내 방을 임대하길 원해. 6월이나 7월부터 가급적이면 8월 중순까지). We are looking to fill the room with a guy or girl and are ideally looking for a June 15th start(방을 주는 데 남녀 상관없어. 그리고 6월15일이 시작일이면 가장 좋겠어). 중간에 preferably, ideally처럼 부사를 잘 섞으면 문장을 이어가기 편하다.
There is a big closet, queen sized bed, couch, dresser, television and DVD player, two mirrors, desk, bookcase, and still plenty of walking room(큰 옷장, 퀸 사이즈 침대, 소파, 수납장, TV와 DVD, 거울 두 개, 책꽂이가 있고, 그러고도 충분히 걸어 다닐 공간이 있지). I have a lovely view of the Empire State building, and I get great light as my room is on a corner(엠파이어스테이트 빌딩이 보이는 좋은 전망이 있고, 내 방이 모서리에 있어서 채광도 아주 좋은 편이야).

There is a farmers market on Sundays and weekend summer concerts on the lawn(일요일마다 농산물 장터가 열리고, 잔디밭에서는 주말 여름콘서트도 볼 수 있어). We have plenty of restaurants underneath our building and across the street as well as grocery stores(우리 건물 아래쪽과 길 건너편에는 청과물상은 물론 식당이 즐비하지).
Transportation is super easy- we are a few blocks from the L line which can take you to any train you need. We are also right near tons of buses(교통도 정말 편하지-L라인 지하철에서 몇 블록만 떨어져 있어. 거기서는 네가 원하는 모든 전철로 환승이 가능해. 버스가 많이 다니는 정류장과도 가까워). 어느 형용사 앞이든 super-를 붙이면 우리말로 ‘짱’ ‘왕’의 느낌을 주는데, 학생이나 여성들 사이에서 상당히 자주 쓰는 속어다. Tons of도 과장 섞인 강조에 사용된다.
